About
Architecture for people
In 1988, I established the architect office PLAN in Denmark.
Since graduating in 1982 from the Danish Royal Academy of Fine Art School of Architecture,
I have worked mainly in Denmark. Thus my works are heavy influenced by Scandinavian architecture.
So what defines Scandinavian architecture?
First of all, it is architecture that places the human being in the center.
From the outside, it harmonizes with its surroundings rather than being noticeable.
From the inside, it forcuses on functionalism and on creating a cozy living and working environment.
PLAN aims to creating timeless architecture, which the user loves.
For this very reason, in Denmark we have always engaged coming residents to actively
participate in housing projects. After all “architecture“ is only brought to life when people, building,
and landscape go hand in hand.
