Senior Cooperative Housing ”Kongskaer” in Vejle

The project started with evening classes about senior housing. The residents follow the whole process and take part in all major decisions. This is the Danish Government’s pilot project, and the first project to mix rented and owned housing. Monthly meetings are held at the common house.
