The site is located next to the Pedersholm Estate an surrounded by large forest areas.
This experimental project allowed different types of ownership and consisted of one and two storey buildings. Individual apartment´s interior design is a result of collaboration between the residents and the architect. All buildings are designed with handycap friendly features. A house designated for joint use by owners in centrally placed on a green recreational area.
All building are built with traditional Danish red bricks.
